At Suea Fightwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. That is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order.

How to Request a Return

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• be in the same condition as when you received it;

• be unworn, unwashed, and unused;

• have all original tags attached;

• be complete and undamaged;

• be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible.

Our Muay Thai shorts and T-shirts are sportswear that may come into direct contact with the body. For hygiene and quality reasons, worn, washed, or used items cannot be accepted as standard returns.

Returns that have not been registered with us in advance may be refused or may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@sueafightwear.com before returning it. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For a full cancellation of your order, the original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If necessary, please provide clear photos of the item and include your order number. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or another item?

The fastest way is to return your current order and place a new order for the item you want.

For example, if you need a different size of the same pair of shorts, you can return the size you received and place a new order for the desired size. This way, you do not have to wait for your return to be fully processed before receiving your new item.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal in the EU

For consumers within the European Union, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without having to provide a reason.

If you exercise this right, you must return the relevant items within the applicable legal timeframe.

The items must be handled with reasonable care and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the returned item.

If your return is approved, we will issue your refund as soon as possible and no later than the legally required timeframe. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise with you.
